The legal deadline for having the 100 % procedures digital expires at the end of 2027, and each municipality must now define its roadmap to avoid falling behind.<\/p>\n<h3>PMC33 Model: Results in 90 days<\/h3>\n<p>Our approach begins with a three-month practical pilot program that allows municipalities to:<br \/>\n\u2013 Model two priority procedures on the SIMPLE state platform.<br \/>\n\u2013 Integrate Clave\u00danica and FirmaGob for authentication and digital signature.<br \/>\n\u2013 Create a repository of records with standard naming conventions.<br \/>\n\u2013 Train the internal team to maintain and scale the processes<\/p>\n<h3>Scale with annual planning<\/h3>\n<p>Once the model has been validated, we propose to consolidate digitization during 2025 with a budget between $10 and $20 million Chilean pesos, depending on the number of procedures and the complexity of the municipality.<br \/>\nThe lower segment covers the implementation of the pilot; the upper segment allows progress with more procedures, metrics, and extended support.<\/p>\n<h3>Recent cases: Huechuraba Digital<\/h3>\n<p>In the municipality of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmc33.com\/en\/casos-de-exito\/caso-de-exito-huechuraba-tramites-digitales-100-remotos-en-la-oficina-de-patentes\/\">Huechuraba<\/a>The PMC33 team supported the implementation of 100 remote % procedures using Clave\u00danica and FirmaGob, improving service times and traceability. These projects became benchmarks for the use of public platforms to modernize local government.<\/p>\n<h3>Plan today to execute in 2026<\/h3>\n<p>Municipalities that had already allocated funds in 2024 were able to launch pilot programs before the end of the year.
