We carried out an important digital transformation project for a well-known bookstore in Santiago de Chile. The goal was to update its systems and processes to adapt to new consumer habits in the digital age.
We designed a new online store from scratch, implementing its complete catalog of more than 60,000 products. This allowed customers to make purchases remotely 24 hours a day from any device.
We include advanced tools such as a personalized control panel for order tracking, semantic searches by subject, publishers, authors and tags. In addition, we created a featured section dedicated especially to children's and young people's books (LIJ).
Another fundamental part of the project was improving the bookstore's online presence. We implemented SEO positioning actions that significantly increased organic traffic to your site.
We also take care of the analysis and optimization of customer service processes. The ultimate goal was to provide an excellent shopping experience both in the physical store and in the online store.
In this way, the traditional bookstore was able to make an important technological leap that positions it to compete on equal terms today. The limitations of only being present in person are left behind.
